My Approach

I take a collaborative and individualized approach to counselling, drawing from evidence-based therapies to meet you where you are. I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work to explore and understand the different parts of yourself, Person-Centred Therapy (PCT) to create a compassionate and non-judgmental space, and Solution-Focused Therapy to set practical, achievable goals and focus on your strengths. By combining these approaches, I support clients in building self-awareness, coping skills, and resilience, helping them navigate challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.
