What types of sessions do you offer and what are the rates?

Individual Counselling: $125 per 50-minute session

Foster Parent Counselling: $140 per 50-minute session (for two individuals; can also be booked individually)
How long are sessions and where are they held?

Sessions are 50 minutes long

Virtual sessions are conducted via a secure, PHIPPA-compliant platform

In-person sessions are available on Thursdays at Wesley Street, Downtown Nanaimo

Longer sessions: Available upon request, please inquire to discuss options

What are your office hours?

Virtual: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST

In-office: Thursdays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

Who can attend sessions?

I provide counselling for individuals aged 16 and older
​
Do you offer direct billing for insurance?

Not at this time

Receipts are provided for you to submit for reimbursement through your insurance provider

What are your professional qualifications?

Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors

Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association

Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, Yorkville University

Bachelor of Social Work, specializing in Indigenous Child Welfare, University of Victoria
